Jaipur is also known as Pink City. It hosts the City palace, the Hawa Mahal (the Harem, from which the women could observe what's going on in the world through latticed windows), the Jantar Mahar (largest collection of astronomical instruments in those days) and several forts. A bit outside of town is the famous Amber fort. Jeff got a visit from Dr. Gupta here, who kindly cured him.
