Agra is world famous for the Taj Mahal, the mausoleum where Mumtaz Mahal, the wife of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan is buried. It is made in white marble and has a lot of stone inlays. Inside the mausoleum itself it was forbidden to take pictures, but it's really beautiful. We also visited the Agra fort, where the emperor was put under house arrest by his son. But from his room, he could see the Taj, and mourn his deceased wife.
